OPEN | 18-29 | 30-34 | 35-39 | 40-44 | 45-49 | 50-54 | 55-59 | 60-64 | 65-69 | 70-74 | 75-79 | 80+

All Competitors will be eligible for the Open Competition.

Team composition
Teams will comprise of two (2) persons with one doing the run leg and one the swim leg.

Competition structure
This is a reverse Aquathlon with a 5km run around the Blue Lake followed by an 800m swim.
