Rules

Team composition
2-a-side: Maximum of 3 players. Only 2 on court at anytime (1 reserve).

4-a-side: Maximum of 6 players. One female to be on court at all times. Only four players on the court at any time (2 reserves).

Competition structure
Round Robin or Double Elimination depending on number of teams entered.

Competition Format
Games limited to 30 minutes.

Sets to 15 points.

Rally points.
