Rules

Team composition
Minimum of 7 players and maximum of 12 players plus a non-playing manager / coach.

Age Groups
There will be an Over 35’s Competition if sufficient entries are received in this division.

Competition Format
This will be 7 on 7 Rugby Union, played under the rules of the International Rugby Board.

Round Robin / Pool Play format with the top teams playing off in finals fixtures.

Games will consist of 2 x 7 minute halves, with 1 minute for half time.
