Rules

Team composition
We recommend a Minimum of 14 players in a squad and maximum of 18 players including a Coach / Manager.

Coach / Manager can also be players.

11 players per team are required to start games.

Age Group
There will be an Over 35’s Competition if sufficient entries are received in this division.

Competition Format
This event will be 11-a-side, with 35 minute halfs and 5 minute half-time.

5 Substitutions will be allowed per game. These substitutions can occur 3 times during the game meaning on 2 occasions teams will need to make Double substitutions if intending to use all 5.

Round Robin, with semi-finalists determined after Round Robin Play.

Competition will be played in accordance with International Football Association Board Laws of the Game 20/21
