Rules

Team composition
Minimum of 5 players / Maximum of 10 players plus non-playing coach / manager.

Mixed Teams to have a minimum of 2 females on the court at all times.

Competition structure
Round Robin, with semi-finalists determined after round robin play.

Competition Description
Competition will consist of 5-a-side Basketball. Games will consist of 4 x 10min Quarters with 2 minute breaks.
